ZenPure PureFlo® Mini PTFE Filter Cartridges are ready-to-use and ideally suited for the laboratory and cGMP production suite.
PureFlo® mini filter cartridges are available in a wide selection of membranes and media for both liquid and gas applications. The ZenPure PureFlo® Mini Filter Cartridges have been specially designed for critical applications. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. All cartridges are rinsed with high-purity pyrogen-free water to reduce extractables and downtime. Depending on the media selected these mini cartridge filters are ideally
suited for filtering aggressive chemicals such as acids, bases, and solvents. In addition, the PTFE hydrophobic membrane provides superior flow and pressure drop characteristics per unit area for gas filtration and tank venting applications. All filter cartridges are 100% integrity tested to ensure filter performance each and every time out of the package. For venting applications we currently offer seven different PTFE pore sizes with eight different end modifications and three different length options to meet the needs of a wide variety of processes. These mini filters will fit into all compatible filter housings for easy retrofit.

Autoclavable & Sanitizable
Capsules can be autoclaved 25 times at 257° F/125°C for 30 minutes (5 times for Nylon, none for Polyethylene) or chemically sanitized in-situ using common sanitizing agents or hot water at 194°F/90°C for a limited time (dependent on time and temperature). Capsules must not be in situ steam-sterilized.
Depending on membrane selected, effluent is non-pyrogenic per USP Bacterial Endotoxin (0.25 EU/ml), determined using Limulus mebocyte Lysate (LAL) Test.
